Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team by raising a ticket ASAP and please ensure the order cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the order being placed.


Whilst we try to accommodate for customers' requests on order amendments or cancellations where possible, our main priority is quickly processing orders for dispatch to customers and therefore a cancellation may not be possible. 

If the cancellation is not possible and an item(s) is no longer required, please send the item(s) back to us in line with our returns policy.
